Q: How does this work?

A. You Must Call or email to request a Complimentary Meet & Greet.

Or You May Set up up Your Client Portal & Request Online-(Requires 24 hours Notice)

Q. Will I have a the same Walker Each time I book?

A. Though we Set you up with a PRIMARY Walker; Our ENTIRE staff works as a team which means another staff member will be backup during an unexpected event (i.e. illness/injury) and or on days off.

By Working this way, This also means Our clients NEVER have to scramble for coverage, We always Have someone available to help in an unexpected event or for a last minute request! 

Q. How Long Will our Walk be?

A: Dog Walks are 15-45 minutes;

60 Minute Walks are available Upon request ONLY 


Distance Covered depends on their pace.

Q. How do I contact you?

A: Email, Call or Text or VIA Chat on your Client Portal


Please Allow A Minimum of 1 Business day for response to emails or Voice messages.


Client Portal and Text receives faster response (as scheduled sitters can also respond)  

Q . How are the dogs walked?

A. Private walks only. Unless discussed and agreed upon in advance. All dogs MUST be leashed per insurance. We are Unable to take dogs to dog parks.

Q. Do you walk Regardless of Weather?

A. We Walk as Long as its safe to do so and Roads are safe to drive. Walks may be cancelled or shortened do to inclement weather conditions at our discretion.

Are you Insured?

A: Yes We are Bonded and Insured through Pet sitters Associates.

Q. Do you Charge more if I have multiple Dogs that need walks?

A.Our Fees are PER Walk and we will walk up to 3 dogs from the same house at 1 time.

Therefore the only time you would see extra charges for multiple dogs would be If you have more than 3 dogs or if you need Dogs walked separately (I.e. Multiple walks) 

Q: How Far In Advance Can I book? 

Up to 90 Days. You are More than welcome to request dates Further out HOWEVER No invoice will be sent and You will only be penciled in (Not reserved) until closer to the 90 days prior mark. 

Q. What Payment Types Do you accept?

Credit/Debit Card On File or Zelle 

We NO Longer Accept Cash, Checks, PayPal or Venmo.

Q. When Is Payment due for Walks?

We Offer a couple different Options to suit each clients individual needs:

  • Prepaid Packages - Use as needed. No weekly or monthly Commitment
  • Invoiced Weekly On Friday for Completed walks only
  • Invoiced Monthly in Advance

Q: When should I book?

A: You should Book as Soon as you know you will need a Dog Walker!

We Suggest At LEAST 24 hours Notice.

Because our schedule fills Daily We cannot Guarantee that we will be able to accommodate same day requests!

Q. How Will You get into My home?

A. You have several Options to choose From:

  • We Can Provide a Lock box to be kept on site
  • You can provide a Hidden Key left Onsite
  • You can Provide 2 Copies of a Key of us to retain in our office
  • Or you can provide a garage or Door Code. 

We do Not Accept App Locks that require permissions such as August as We need the ability to send a backup sitter in the event of an emergency. 

Q: Are there Cancellation Fees for Cancelled Walks?

YES.

  • Cancellation Must Be Received by 10 pm The night prior to your Scheduled walk to Avoid $10 Cancellation fee.
  • Further, If you fail to cancel before your walker shows up, you will be charged in full regardless they walk your dog or not.
  • All Cancellation Fees are paid DIRECTLY to your walker to cover their lost wages. 

Q: Do you Charge Holiday Fees for Walks? 

YES. An additional $7.00 Per visits applies to each visit booked during the following dates: 

Memorial Day Weekend (May 22- 26th 2020)

4th of July Weekend (July 3rd- 6th 2020)

Labor Day Weekend (Sept 4th- 8th 2020)

The Day Before Thanksgiving Through Jan 2nd (Nov 25th 2020- Jan 2nd 2021)


Reservation confirmation

All Requests MUST Be submitted through the Client Portal. Requests Will Be Confirmed within 12 hours.

We reserve the right to deny reservation requests at our sole discretion.
